We cater for vegetarians and meat/ fish eaters. If you are vegan you should notify us at the time of booking. Unfortunately we are not equipped to cater for celiacs and other extreme allergies, although we do indicate allergens as ingredients of dishes on a daily menu card.
We reserve the right to charge guests for breakages and damages to property and equipment beyond reasonable accidents.
For the safety of our guests, we have standard rules regarding the use of the swimming pool, as prescribed by legislation. These will be provided at the time of booking. Booking confirms that you accept you will abide by these rules.
You can pay deposits and balances by credit or debit card, Paypal or pay directly into our bank account by IBAN.
A deposit of €300 is required on booking. It is refundable for up to 14 days after payment of deposit should you choose to cancel. After 14 days it is nonrefundable. If the course must be postponed because of officially enforced situations outside our control, such as pandemic, terrorism or armed conflicts, you may transfer your deposit to another Escape.
The balance payment is due 8 weeks before the start date of your Escape.
Please note our cancellation conditions. If you cancel 4-8 weeks before the Escape starts, 50% of the total price is payable; 2-4 weeks, 65%; 1-2 weeks, 80%; less than 1 week 100%. We recommend you take out holiday insurance that includes cancellation if you are not sure you will be able to join us.
We reserve the right to cancel any course at two months’ notice and, where possible, provide you with an alternative. We strongly recommend you do not commit to non-refundable, non-transferable travel bookings until it is confirmed your Escape is definitely happening.
